Reading is so important. It can take you away to a new world, calm you down and importantly help improve your writing in school.
It is really important that we read at home. We have been set the challenge to bring our reading record to school every single day. If we read 5 times in a week we get a gold star, 3-4 times we get a green mark, 1-2 times we get an amber mark and 0 times we get a red mark. If we get a green mark every week for the whole half term we are entered into a prize draw.
